With Tree Girl. A Workshop on our native bay trees, during which you will learn how to ID them, their natural and ethnobotanical history, and how to harvest, prepare, and roast their yummy nuts!

In this hands-on workshop, TreeGirl will lead you in a tree-rific experience in:
- How to identify the Bay Laurel tree (and why its not the same as the culinary Bay Leaf).
- The Natural History and Ethnobotany of the Bay Laurel Tree
- How and when to gather, prepare and roast Bay Nuts
- Eating yummy Bay Nuts!
Class will be outdoors; This class was rescheduled from November 5
